摘要
近年来由于高考生源的减少,高职院校招收初中毕业起点的高职生人数逐年上升,这些学生不同于高中毕业生,其文化水平和心理成熟度都较低,应采取分层教学、实践教学、鼓励教育等方式,以提升其基本素质和专业素质。
The characters of secondary vocational school students are different from high vocational students. Their culture level and psychological maturity degree are inferior to high vocational students. So the educational model should be different. We should adopt layered teaching, practice teaching and incentive education to promote their basic quality and r)rofessional aualitv.
