摘要
高校的发展离不开人才。与沿海地区学校相比,作为偏隅一角的地方院校,在人才争夺战中往往处于劣势地位。因此,在制定人才发展战略时,地方院校往往将人才自我培养放在首位。但是实践中,对自我培养的人才尤其是海外归国人才的科学管理却一直困扰着地方院校。本文以一所典型的地方性高校——安徽科技学院为例,对该校留学归国人才进行深入调研,研究留学经历对其专业发展起到的一定作用,以期对地方高校完善留学人才管理有所助益。
Development of any college and umversltles cannot attain wHnout tulcm. ,~ i" universities in developed area, local colleges who located at one corner,have often been at a disadvantage in the competition for talents. Therefore, talents cultivation is the priority in the formulation of talent development strategy of local colleges. Practically, how to manage talents, especially overseas returnee have plagued local colleges. As a typical case study of local colleges , this paper made a overseas returnee study of Anhui Science and Technology University and studied how their experience of studying abroad do favor to their professional development in order to improve the local university talent management level.
