摘要
教育援助作为公益性事业是准公共产品,是体现国际社会责任的重要途径之一。与日本相比,中国在非洲援建学校项目的影响及其潜在效益还十分有限。为体现中国的国际责任,塑造良好的国家形象,中国对非基础教育援助必须制定长期整体规划,使之具有可持续性和创新性。
Education is quasi-public goods. Education aid as a nonprofit course is one of the channels through which international social responsibility can be fulfilled. In comparison with Japan's practice, the influence and potential effects of China's assistance on constructing schools in Africa are very limited. In order to show international responsibility and shape a good image, China's assistance to African basic education should be formulated with a long-term plan, sustainability and innovation.
