韩国的信息产业处于世界领先地位,在诸多信息产业领域已超过发达国家居世界首位,这与韩国政府重视并积极扶持信息产业,推出有效的产业发展创新战略,软化投资结构和重视与公民的实时沟通密不可分。我国政府应积极借鉴其发展经验,科学地制定具有前瞻性的发展战略,加强信息产业研发投入和服务型政府的建设。

Besides, it softens the investment struc- ture and emphasizes the real-time communication with the public. All this has made the in- formation industry develop fast and even rank first worldwide in the fields concerned. China should actively learn from the experience, plan a foresighted strengthen the R＆D investment as well as the construction of and scientific strategy, and service-oriented government
