Formation of socialist core value not only marks the modernization of Marxism and traditional culture, but also establishes the value orientation for journals of social sci- ences. It is necessary to build a scientific assessment system as the guidance, to forward the discourse power construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese features so as to maximize the value orientation and ensure the global influences of China＇s cultural soft power.
