Innovation and Exploration of the Practice Model for Liberal Arts Specialities

高校文科专业实习模式直接影响着学生的就业问题,而传统的实习模式由于缺乏系统性、可操作性及不同层次的实习基地,导致实习流于形式,难以达成实习目标。依据人力资本理论与职业生涯发展理论,可以分阶段实施职业规划教育与全假期实习活动,通过"见习—拜访—演习—实习"的实习模式,设计新的实习模式运行机制,以此来提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,为其就业铺垫有效路径。

Model of graduation-practice for liberal arts specialities directly affects students＇ employment. However, traditional model of practice is more formalized and can not fulfill the target due to the lack of systematic and operative planning. According to theories of human capital and theories of career development, it will be more feasible to promote the career planning education and full-vacation practice by stages, implement a model of ＂trainee-visit-exercise-practice＂, and design new operative mechanisms so as to improve students＇ practical and innovative capability for their future employment.
