Study on the Reform of International Economic and Trade Order and China's Strategic Choice

全球金融危机爆发以来,世界经贸秩序加速调整。新兴经济体经贸实力大幅提升,美欧日等发达国家积极开展TPP、TTIP和TiSA谈判,意欲重掌国际经济话语权。面对三大经贸谈判合围的压力,中国应继续深化改革、扩大开放,深化区域经济合作,以破解美欧日控制世界经贸规则制定、主导国际经贸秩序演变的困局。

Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the world economic and trade pattern has been changing speedily. While the emerging economies＇ strength of economic and trade is increased substantially, the United States, Europe, Japan and other developed countries actively promote TPP, TTIP and TiSA negotiations, intend to grasp the right of international trade discourse again. Faced with the pressure of TPP, TTIP and TiSA, China continues to deepen reform, expand opening, and deepens cooperation with neighboring countries and e- merging economies. And then, China hopes to crack the difficult situation that the United States, Europe and Ja- pan control the world trade rule-making, and dominate the evolution of international economic and trade order.
