韩国加入TPP和中国东亚自贸区战略选择

South Korea's Entry into TPP and China's East Asian FTA Strategy

2013年7月日本正式加入TPP谈判,促使韩方决定加入TPP谈判。韩国希望以此确保和扩大海外市场,有效防止日本加入TPP后对韩国利益的损害,与美国加强同盟关系,并以TPP为砝码提升在中韩FTA、中日韩FTA谈判中的地位。对此,中国应当积极应对。

In July 2013, Japan formally jolnect the I rr -~S join the TPP negotiations. Through joining the TPP negotiations, South Korea hopes to ensure and expand its o- verseas markets, effectively prevent the damage to its interests by Japan＇s participation in TPP, strengthen the al- liance with US, and take TPP as a bargaining chip to enhance its position in China-South Korea FTA and China- Japan-South Korea FTA negotiations. In this regard, China should have a developed and farsighted vision, weigh the pros and cons in East Asian integration, actively promote the FTA negotiations among China, Japan and South Korea and the RCEP negotiations on this basis. At the same time, China should have a more confident and open attitude towards the TPP negotiations.
