摘要 近年来研究发现,细胞周期调控基因多态性与慢性苯中毒易感性有关。本文就慢性苯中毒易感细胞周期调控基因及其多态位点对慢性苯中毒发病风险的影响进行概述。 In recent years, studies have found that cell cycle regulation gene polymorphism seems to associated with the susceptibility to chronic benzene poisoning. In this paper, the correlation between cell cycle regulation genes of chronic benzene poisoning susceptible ceils, their polymorphic sites and the risk of suffering from chronic benzene poisoning were summarized in the paper.
