益气活血通络汤在全髋关节置换围手术期中的应用研究

Research of Application of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction for Patients During Perioperative Period of Total Hip Replacement

目的:观察益气活血通络汤在全髋关节置换围手术期中的应用效果。方法:将2010年7月-2013年3月期间符合病例纳入标准患者共120例,按照入组时间随机分为治疗组80例和对照组40例,对照组患者在围手术期采用西医常规对症处理,治疗组在围手术期配合应用益气活血通络汤,观察两组术后伤口引流管引流量、并发症发生情况及住院时间,并于术后14d复查血液流变学指标及髋关节Harris功能评分,进行对比。结果:治疗组患者术后伤口引流量较对照组未见明显增加(P>0.05),但住院时间、术后并发症低于对照组,且术后血液流变学指标及髋关节Harris功能评分亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全髋关节置换围手术期中应用益气活血通络汤,在不增加伤口引流量及无明显不良反应的前体下,可有效改善术后血液流变学指标,促进髋关节功能恢复,减少术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,值得临床上推广应用。

To observe the effects of application of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction for patients during periopera- tive period of total hip replacement. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients who were collected from July 2010 to March 2013 were randomly divided trestment group （80 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The control group accepted symptomatic treatment during perioperative period, while the treatment group obtained Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction. The effect was evaluated by the volume of drainage, complications, the time of hospitalization, postoperative hemorheologi- cal indexes and Harris hip function score. Results.. Compared with the control group,there was no obvious increased volume of drainage of the treatment group （P〉0.05）. However, the complications and length of hospital stay were lower, mean- while, the hemorheology indexes and hip function Harris score were better, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction for patients during perioperative period of total hip replace- ment could improve hemorheology indexes, promote the recovery of hip function, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten hospitalization time without increase volume of drainage, thus it was worthy of clinical application.
