摘要
研究了预应力孔道灌浆料中各种外加剂(高效减水剂、稳定剂、缓凝剂、消泡剂及早期塑性膨胀剂和中后期膨胀剂)对水泥基灌浆料各项性能的作用和影响。通过掺加各种外加剂,得到了一种具有流动性高、早期后期强度高、无泌水、不离析分层、微膨胀等优点的后张法预应力孔道压浆料。
The effects of various admixtures （superplasticizer, stabilizing agent, retarder, plastic expansion agent, ex- pansive agent for early and later age purposes and defoaming agent） on the properties of cement-based prestressed duct grouting material are investigated. Through optimization of various additives, a kind of post-tensioned prestressed duct grouting material with high fluidity, early high strength, no bleeding, no segregation, and micro expansion is obtained.
