摘要
目的分析糖尿病大鼠中不同血糖水平对结肠动力的影响。方法选择健康的无特定病原体(specific pathogen free,SPF)级Wistar大鼠作为建模对象,雌雄各25只,随机分为3组:非糖尿病组(n=10)、糖尿病低浓度血糖组(n=20)、糖尿病高浓度血糖组(n=20)。对比10只非糖尿病大鼠与40只不同血糖水平的糖尿病大鼠结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩活动,同时对结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩活动与血糖水平及脑利钠肽(BNP)水平的相关性进行分析。结果 3组黑染长度、结肠推进率比较,糖尿病高浓度血糖组、糖尿病低浓度血糖组均低于非糖尿病组,高浓度血糖组低于低浓度血糖组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组间振幅比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间两两比较高浓度血糖组和非糖尿病组明显高于低浓度血糖组(P<0.05);3组间频率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠纵行肌收缩活动方面,高浓度血糖组结肠推进率(28.35±4.28)%明显低于低浓度血糖水平组的(42.25±4.32)%及非糖尿病组的(50.82±3.18)%,低浓度血糖水平组则低于非糖尿病组,结肠纵行肌收缩活动振幅及频率,糖尿病高血糖浓度组低于非糖尿病组,高于糖尿病低血糖浓度组;且结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩频率与血糖浓度水平存在负向直线相关性;BNP水平与结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩频率呈负相关。结论随着糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度的升高,结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩明显下降。
Objective To analyze the influence of different glucose concentrations in diabetic rats on colon dynamics.Methods Healthy SPF Wistar rats were used as object modeling,male and female 25∶25,randomly divided into three groups:non-diabetic group(n = 10),diabetes low blood sugar concentration group(n = 20),diabetes high concentrations glucose group (n = 20 ),to compare 10 non-diabetic rats with 40 diabetic rats with different blood glucose levels on colonic propulsion rate and colonic longitudinal muscle contraction,analyze the correlation between the colonic propulsion rate ,colonic longitudinal muscle contraction and blood glucose levels.Results In comparison among three groups in black dye length,colonic propulsive rate,high concentration glucose level group,low concentration of blood glucose level group were lower than the non diabetes group,high concentration glucose levels were lower than that in low concentration glucose group(P 〈0.05 ),the amplitude difference between the two groups relatively high concentration glucose group and non diabetes group was significantly higher than that in low concentration of blood glucose level group (P 〈 0.05 ),frequency difference between the two groups,the high concentration glucose level group,low concentration glucose level group were significantly lower than the non diabetes group (P 〈 0.05 ).And colonic propulsive rate and colonic longitudinal muscle contraction frequency and the level of blood glucose level had a negative linear correlation between the level of BNP (28.35±4.28)%,(42.25±4.32)% vs (50.82±3.18)%;colonic propulsive ratio was negative correlation and colonic longitudinal muscle contraction frequency.Conclusion With the increase of blood glucose concentration in diabetic rats,the rate of colon and colonic longitudinal muscle contraction decreased significantly.
