附和唾液腺细胞的胶原支架体内移植实验

摘要 目的:探讨附和大鼠唾液腺细胞(Salivary Gland Cells,SGCs)的三维胶原支架材料移植SD大鼠体内表达情况。方法:培养SD大鼠SGCs,增殖提纯、鉴定后将其接种到三维胶原支架材料上,植入SD大鼠皮下,连续观察3周检测SGCs表达情况。结果:实验组:SD大鼠生长良好,免疫组化显示SGCs连续3周均有表达,胶原支架材料3周时完全吸收。对照组:无SGCs的三维胶原支架材料植入SD大鼠皮下未见阳性细胞表达。结论:附和SGCs的三维胶原支架材料植入大鼠体内能够维持表达。 Objective: To investigate the expression of SD rats in vivo which had transplanted three--dimensional collagen scaffold with salivary gland cells (SGCs). Methods: The SGCs of SD rats were cultured, proliferation puri- fied, identified, and then inoculated into three--dimensional collagen scaffold which implanted in SD rats subcutane- ously, and detected the expression of SGCs for 3 weeks continuously. Results: Experimental group: SD rats grew well. Immunohistochemistry showed that SGCs was expressed in three weeks consecutively, and collagen scaffold completely absorbed at three weeks. Control group: There was not the expression of positive cells in SD rats subcu- taneously which implanted the three--dimensional collagen scaffolds without SGCs. Conclusion: The three--dimen- sional collagen scaffold with SGCs could express continuously which implanted in the SD rats.
