摘要 目的:观察无龋及深龋患牙牙髓组织学表现及髓石检出情况,初步探讨髓石形成的相关因素。方法:收集健康无龋牙、深龋患牙及患者的一般情况,分析对比患者年龄差异;牙髓组织HE染色,显微镜下观察比较无龋牙与深龋患牙的髓腔组织学形态及髓石检出情况。结果:两组患者年龄无统计学差异,无龋牙牙髓组织细胞成分较多,纤维组织成分较少,无明显炎症细胞,髓石检出率为0;深龋患牙牙髓组织呈老龄化状态:细胞成分少,纤维血管组织显著增多,髓腔内可见炎症反应,髓石检出率为20%。结论:髓石的发生可能与牙髓的老龄化状态、炎症等因素密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the causes of pulp stone formation by comparing the histological morphology of healthy and carious teeth. Methods: Extracted healthy and carious human teeth were collected and prepared for HE staining, then the general conditions of patients and the histological morphology of healthy and carious teeth were analyzed. Results: There was no significantly difference of age between the patients of the healthy teeth group and the carious teeth group. However, the pulp tissue of healthy teeth had more cells and less fibrous tissues com- pared with the carious teeth, there was no inflammatory cells could he detected in the healthy teeth. Less cells, more fibrous tissues and vascular tissue with inflammatory cells were showed in the carious teeth. Simultaneously, pulp stones could not be detected in the healthy teeth but in 20% of the carious teeth. Conclusion: Pulp stones for- mation may be intimately related to the aging stage of pulp tissue and inflammation.
