强化临床医学人文素质教育的探索

Strengthening the exploration of humanistic quality education for clinical medicine

目的:在倡导新医学模式的当下,如何强化临床医学人文素质教育成为医学教育的重要组成部分。方法:我院在近几年的临床医学生培养工作中采取了学校加强师资建设、转变观念提升教学质量、营造良好的校园文化氛围等一系列措施。结果:通过行之有效的途径,可全面提升了临床医学生的人文素质。结论:针对目前大学生人文素质及医患现状,强化临床医学人文素质教育的重要而迫切。

Objective： Under the context of advocating new medical models in today＇s era, how to strengthen the quality of clinical medical humanistic education becomes an important part of medical education. Methods. In recent years, our college takes a series of effective measures in clinical medical education, for ex- ample strengthening the construction of teachers, changing the concepts to enhance the quality of teaching, and creating a good cultural atmosphere on campus. Results. The humanistic qualities of medical students were comprehensively improved. Conclusion- It＇s important and urgent to strengthen the humanistic quality educa- tion with clinical medicine in light of the current status of college students＇ humanistic quality as well as the physicianpatient situation.
