摘要
为了满足海洋环境用材抗高温、高湿、高盐分腐蚀的综合性能要求,对4种成熟的防锈剂分别进行了复配,使之产生协同效应,对聚脲基润滑脂的防护性能进行改进;依据相应的标准,研究了其防护性能及机理。结果表明:将1.5 g 2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐(T703防锈剂)、3.0 g二壬基萘磺酸钡(T705防锈剂)、0.1g苯并三氮唑(T706防锈剂)加入聚脲基础润滑脂中,可以同时获得较高的耐湿热、耐蚀性及盐雾性,且又不影响其他性能。
Four kinds of mature antirusting agents were compounded to generate synergistic effect thereby improving the protective performance of polyurea lubricating grease and meeting with the requirements for materials used in marine environment to resist high temperature,high humidity and high salinity.The protective performance and mechanisms of resultant lubricating grease containing compounded antirusting agents were investigated.Results indicated that,when 2-aminoethyl-heptadecenyl- imidazolium- alkenyl succinate(T703antirusting agent),barium di-nonyl naphthalene sulfonate(T705antirusting agent),and benzotriazole(T706 antirusting agent)were introduced into the polyurea lubricating grease at a mass of1.5 g,3.0 g,and 0.1 g,resultant mixed lubricating grease exhibited good wet-hot resistance,corrosion resistance and saltspray resistance,while its other properties remained unchanged.
