摘要 目的:探讨内科胸腔镜联合中心静脉导管引流在渗出性胸腔积液中的临床应用效果。方法:治疗组患者,在内科胸腔镜检查术前行中心静脉导管胸腔置入术(即微创胸腔闭式引流术),术前注入适量注射用灭菌用水,术后持续微创胸腔闭式引流;而对照组则内科胸腔镜检查术前先行人工气胸,术后予以普通胸腔闭式引流术。比较两者术前准备时间。结果:治疗组在节约时间方面明显优于对照组。结论:治疗组渗出性胸腔积液患者在常规内科胸腔镜检查基础上使用中心静脉导管引流,明显缩短术前准备时间,提高工作效率,不良反应少,值得临床普遍推广。 Objective: To study the clinical application effect of medical thoracoscopy combined with drainage of the central venous catheter on exudative pleural effusion. Methods:For patients in the treatment group,we insert central venous tether in the pleural cavity before medical thoracoscopy (i. e. the minimally in- vasive thoracic closed drainage). Before operation we put a moderate amount of sterile water for injection into the pleural cavity through venous catheter, and minimally invasive thoracic closed drainage for post operation. While in the control group, we took artificial pneumothorax before medical thoracoscopy, and then took ordi- nary closed thoracic drainage after operation. We compared both preoperative preparation time. Results: Time used in treatment group is obviously shorter than that in control group. Conclusion: For patients with exuda- tire pleural effusion in treatment group who are taken drainage of the central venous catheters on the basis of conventional medical thoracoscopy drainage, the time of operative preparation is shorten obviously, which could improve work efficiency, and reduce adverse reactions, worthy of wide clinical use.
