摘要
目的:探讨食管癌患者的病理诊断特点。方法:对我院近期收治的40例食管癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经病理分型食管腺癌15例,间叶组织肉瘤10例,恶性黑色素瘤7例,小细胞未分化癌5例,食管不典型类癌3例。结论:对于食管癌患者应根据其特殊性及复杂性,早期行病理检查确诊,有利于提高患者的生存率,值得临床推广。
Objective： To study the pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer patients. Methods. We ret- rospectively analyzed recent hospital clinical data of 40 patients with esophageal cancer. Results： By pathological classification, there were 15 cases esophageal adenocarcinoma, ml0 cases of esenchymal tissue sarcoma, 7 cases of malignant melanoma, 5 cases of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, and 3 cases of esophageal atypical car- cinoid. Conclusion： Esophageal cancer patients should take early pathologic diagnosis according to their particu- laxity and complexity, and improve the survival rate, worth of clinical promotion.
