青蒿琥酯对大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型血清VEGF和MMP-9的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨青蒿琥酯对大鼠子宫内膜异位症血管生成的影响及可能的发病机制。方法:建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型。将建模成功的大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、青蒿琥酯低剂量(10mg/kg·d)组、中剂量(50mg/kg·d)组和高剂量(100mg/kg·d)组,采用灌胃法连续给药15d,观察青蒿琥酯干预前后大鼠异位病灶体积的变化、用药组大鼠外周血VEGF、MMP-9的表达及不同药物剂量对两者在大鼠血清中表达的影响。结果:(1)各给药组的种植物体积较用药前缩小,其差异有显著性(P<0.05);(2)各用药组大鼠血清中VEGF、MMP-9的表达与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);(3)随着剂量的增加,各组种植物体积、VEGF和MMP-9的表达与对照组相比明显减少。结论:青蒿琥酯具有调节VEGF及MMP-9作用,抑制异位病灶血管生成及侵袭,从而起到抑制异位病灶生长的作用。
