摘要
《史记》的"相人术"描写,主要见于西汉人的传记中,属于典型的非理性"预叙"。与汉代著名唯物主义思想家王充、王符等人一样,司马迁也未能摆脱自然命定论的束缚。司马迁"究天人之际"之所谓"天",乃是指"命运之天",其实质依然是根植于中国传统文化的"天命观"。
The description of the technique of fortune-telling in Shih Chih was mainly seen in the biographies in Western Han, which were typical of irrational foreshadowing. SIMA Qian also failed to shake off the shackles of natural determinism just like WANG Chong and WANG Fu who were materialist thinkers at that time. The so-called "heaven" in SIMA Qian's study about the relation of man and heaven still refered to the fate, and its essence was still rooted in traditional Chinese culture about the idea of God.
