摘要
采用声发射技术,对锈蚀过程中的钢筋混凝土试件进行在线监测,研究声发射信号与实际锈蚀位置及锈蚀程度的关系.结果表明:钢筋混凝土加速锈蚀过程中,声发射定位结果图与试件锈蚀的位置和分布情况,声发射定位事件数与试件实际锈蚀程度都有较好的一致性.利用声发射技术对试件的整个锈蚀过程进行在线监测是可行的,在线监测的声发射信号数据可以有效地反映钢筋锈蚀的分布及程度.
Acoustic emission(AE) online monitoring test on corrosion in reinforced concrete specimens was launched. The aim of test was to study the relationship between acoustic emission signals and the actual lo- cation and extent of corrosion. The results show that the location figures of acoustic emission are in good agreement with the distribution of actual corrosion, and the same is true of the number of events of acous- tic emission with the actual extent of corrosion. These results show it is feasible to monitor the entire process of corrosion with technology of AE, and the acoustic emission signals can effectively reflect the distribution and extent of corrosion.
