摘要
在前文构建的视频网站用户持续使用模型的基础上,采用结构方程模型分析法对其进行实证分析。结果表明,期望确认模型可以有效解释视频网站持续使用,感知娱乐对视频网站持续使用意向有显著影响。同时,习惯对持续使用意向和持续使用行为之间的关系存在调节作用,但感知成本对视频用户持续使用意向的影响没有得到证实。最后总结了研究成果和进一步的研究方向。
Based on video website continuance usage model constructed in the previous paper, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the theoretical model using structure equation model method. The conclusion indicates that expectation confirmation model can effectively explain users' continuance usage of video websites. Meanwhile, habit has an moderating effect on the relationship between continuance intention and continuance behavior. However, the impact of perceived cost on video websites users' continuance intention is not confirmed. In the end, the paper summarizes the research results and puts forward the further research directions.
