武汉城市圈土地利用效率评价及时空差异分析

The Evaluation on Land Use Efficiency and an Analysis on its Temporal- Spatial Differences of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration

文章以"两型社会"建设为目标,构建武汉城市圈土地利用效率评价体系,运用DEA法评价城市圈2002-2012年土地利用效率,并对其土地利用效率时空差异和影响因素进行分析。结果表明:2002-2012年武汉城市圈土地利用效率总体呈上升趋势;城市圈及其内部各城市土地利用效率变化趋势、周期、幅度及同期土地利用水平等都呈现出不同特征,但总体有一个先下降后上升的特点;城市圈土地利用效率影响因素是动态变化的:投入方面,能源投入一直是主要因素,劳动投入过多限制了城市圈早期土地利用效率,而土地投入冗余已经成为重要影响因素;产出方面,经济因素作用依然重要,但生态因素对土地利用效率的影响开始凸显;城市圈土地利用过程中应降低能源消耗,减少土地供应面积,着重提高土地利用的经济效益和生态效益。

The article constructed the evaluation system of land use efficiency of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration based on the goal of the construction of ＂two-oriented＂ society. Data Envelopment Analysis was applied to evaluate land use efficiency of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration from 2002 to 2012. On the basis of the evaluation results, the article analyzed the temporal-spa tial differences and influencing factors of land use efficiency. The results showed that： land use efficiency of Wuhan Urban Ag glomeration was on the rise from 2002 to 2012 in general. There are many differences in land use efficiency, such as variation tendency and magnitude, wave range, land use level during the same period, etc. But the characteristic of rising alter falling existed at the same time on the whole. The factors of land use efficiency on Wuhan Urban Agglomeration were dynamically changeable. On the input side, energy input has been the main factor and too much labor input limited land use efficiency in the early stages of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration. However, redundant investment in land has already become the important fac tors affecting land use efficiency; on the output side, economic factors on the efficiency remained important, and ecological factors had apparent influences on land use efficiency. In the process of land use, Wuhan Urban Agglomeration should reduce energy consumption and land supply, focus on improving the economic benefits and ecological benefits of land use.
