基于生命周期的企业双元性创新机制研究——以天津制造业为例

The Mechanism of Business Ambidextrous Innovation Based on Life Cycle —Taking Tianjin Manufacturing Industry as an Example

在经济转型期,企业应具有双元性创新能力以适应外界复杂多变的经济环境。文章对双元性创新进行了更加细化的概念界定;以企业的生命周期所处阶段为调节变量,利用权变理论提出了开发性创新和探索性创新与双元性创新绩效之间的相关关系等假设。通过210家企a业调查数据,利用SPSS等软件对数据进行了统计分析,并对假设进行了验证。文章的主要结论为:在生命周期的引入期和成长期,开发性创新与绩效呈正相关,而在成熟期和衰退期呈负相关;在生命周期的引入期和成长期,探索性创新与绩效呈负相关,而在成熟期和衰退期呈正相关等结论。

During the period of economic transition, enterprises should have the capability of amhidextrous innovation in or der to adapt to complieated economic environment. The article defines the concept of ambidextrous innovation in more details. By using the life cycle as tile moderator, it presents hypotheses of the relations among exploitative innovation, exploratory in- novation and performance of ambidextrous innovation through contingency theory. It carries out a statistical analysis on the data from 210 enterprises collected by questionnaire survey through applying SPSS and other types of suftware, and w-rifles the hypotheses proposed in the article. The main conclusions are： the exploitative innovation and its performance are positively corre- lated in both the introduction and growth stages of the life cycle, but negatively correlated in both the maturity and decline stag- es; the exploratory innovation and its performance are negatively correlated in both the introduction and growth stages of the life cycle, but positively correlated in both the maturity and decline stages, etc.
