Bible's unique cosmology implicates a clear anthropocentric tendency. It affirms human being's precedence over all other things in the nature, placing the value of human beings on top of all creatures even above the earth's ecosystem. Traditional Christian theology inherits and carries forward Bible's views of nature, affirms the non-sacredness of the nature, and insists that it is reasonable for human beings to make use of nature and they should have no moral restrictions. This view of nature lays an important ideological foundation for modern Westerners' practice in conquering and making use of the nature.
