摘要
湖北省民办普通本科学校(含独立学院)32所,占全省本科院校总数的48%。对其中25所学校学籍管理现状的问卷调查表明,民办普通本科高校学籍管理尚未引起足够重视,存在运行机制不畅、制度宣传及执行力度不够、学籍管理队伍建设滞后等问题。学籍管理是教学管理和学生管理的重要组成部分,是提高和控制民办学校教学质量的重要保障,它关系到学生的学历资格、学习状态及结果认定,是控制和把握人才培养质量标准的重要依据。因此,应该加强管理,改进措施,明确部门职责,落实机构和人员,注重政策制度宣传效果,提高管理人员素质等措施,把学籍管理工作做好做实。
32 private undergraduate colleges take up 48% of the total number of undergraduate universities and colleges in Hubei province. An investigation by questionnaires into 25 private colleges finds that their management of student enrollment status has not been given sufficient attention,and as a result,the operating mechanism is not smooth,publicity and enforcement of regulations are weak,and the administrative team construction lags behind professional criteria. The management of student enrollment status is an important part of teaching and general student management and an important guarantee for private colleges' improvement and control of education quality.It is related to the clarification and recognition of students' qualification,status and results of learning. All the information is an important basis for controlling and maintaining the colleges' educational quality criteria. In order to do a really good job in the management of student enrollment status,private colleges must,therefore,strengthen governance,improve related measures,establish necessary departments with enough staff and explicit responsibilities,place importance to effective publicity of policies and regulations,and improve the quality of the administrative staff.
