摘要
外籍教师的聘请与管理是高校引智工作中的一个重要环节,对学校建设和人才培养的作用日益显著。在对山西省18所本科高校外教聘请与管理工作现状调查的基础上,分析了现有模式中存在的制约因素,提出要想推动山西省外教工作的长足发展,各高校应进一步拓宽聘请途径、建立长期有效且更为主动的聘请渠道;改善外教住宿等生活待遇,工资支付标准更加合理化;增设专业管理人员、健全管理制度等等。同时也希望省内相关部门对此项工作给予大力支持和帮助。
Employment and management of foreign teachers, as an important part of university talent introduction work, is playing a more and more significant role in school development and talent training. Through an investigation and research on the present administrative work concerning the employment and management of foreign teachers in 18 universi- ties of Shanxi Province, the paper analyzes the constraints existing in the current mode of operation and puts forward that, in order to promote the rapid development of administrative work regarding foreign teachers, universities should broaden the channels of employment and establish long - term channels which are more effective and active, rationalize salary system and improve fringe benefits including living conditions, and increase the number of the professional administrators and strengthen the management systems. The paper also appeals to the related government offices to provide more support and help.
