企业孵化网络主体的协同创新——基于演化博弈的视角

Collaborative Innovation in Network Subject Incubated by Enterprises ———Based on Evolutionary Game

文章将协同创新与演化博弈相结合,论证了企业孵化网络主体协同创新的内在机制及其演化过程。研究表明:协同创新中存在多重均衡,网络结点协同具备了一般创新网络的自组织演化特征,其中,自组织、外部政策的调控与约束机制共同发挥作用,三类机制的发挥受网络协同初始状态、学习策略和调整策略的影响。因此,只有在企业孵化网络结点创新成员间构建起信任与约束契约,才能构建企业孵化网络稳定持续的协同创新模式。

This paper combines collaborative innovation with evolutionary game and demonstrates the inherent mechanism and evolutionary process of collaborative innovation of network subject incubated by enterprises .T he research show s that the collaborative innovation has multiple equi-libriums ,and network node collaboration is characteristic of self-organization evolution of ordinary innovative network .The three mechanisms including self-organization ,external policy regulation and restraint play a common role and are influenced by initial state ,learning strategies and adjust-ment tactics of network collaboration .Therefore ,only by building up trust and restraint contracts among the members of the network node innovation incubated by enterprises ,can we construct a steady and sustainable collaborative innovation mode for network incubated by enterprises .
