摘要
采用经表面包覆Ag后的纳米颗粒对ZL109铝合金进行改性,对改性后铝合金的组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:表面包覆Ag后的纳米颗粒与合金熔体的相容性较好,纳米颗粒均匀分布于合金中;纳米改性可改善合金的组织和性能,改性后铝合金的组织更加细小,枝晶间距明显减小,抗拉强度提高了2%,而断后伸长率提高了200%。
The effects of SiC nano-particles covered with Ag on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL109 alloy were investigated. The results show that SiC nano-particles covered with Ag can significantly improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy. The increment of 2% and 200% for the ultimate tensile strength and elongation rate of the modified alloy can be achieved.
