摘要
利用等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面制备铜合金涂层,并进行重熔处理。通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪等分析研究了重熔处理对45钢喷涂层组织性能的影响。结果表明,重熔处理使涂层组织更加均匀致密,增加了冶金结合的强度,并使得涂层及结合带附近的基体等硬度都得到大幅度提高。
The Cu alloy coating on the surface of 45 steel was prepared using plasma spraying technology, then remelting treatment was carried out. Tho effects ofremelting treatment on microstructure and properties of 45 steel coating were studied by metallographic microscope, XRD, and so on. The results show that the microstructure of the coating becomes more uniform and density with remelting treatment. The metallurgical bonding strength increases a lot, the hardness of coating and the matrix near combined improves greatly.
