摘要
以高速电机磨损轴套为对象,采用电镀工艺于外表面镀覆镍基金刚石复合镀层,恢复原尺寸精度。系统介绍修复工艺流程,并对修复效果进行考察评价。结果显示,电镀修复后轴套外表面较为平整、致密,硬度达530 HV,且耐磨性明显增强。
High-speed motor wear shaft sleeve was selected as an object, and nickel-based diamond composite coating was electroplated on its outer surface in order to recovery primary size precision. Restoration flow was systematically introduced, and restoration effect was evaluated simultaneously. The results show that the shaft sleeve feature restored by electroplating has smooth surface and compact structure, and its hardness reaches to 530HV and enhances abrasion resistance.
