摘要
采用自制稀土粉末渗硼剂在680℃下对淬火态Cr12MoV钢进行9 h稀土硼共渗,较为系统地研究了渗硼前后的微观形貌、显微硬度及其与Al2O3陶瓷球对磨的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:经低温稀土渗硼后,淬火态Cr12MoV钢耐磨性得到大幅提高,磨损量仅为渗硼前的36.2%。
RE-boronizing at 680 ℃ for 9 h with homemade boronizing supply agent for hardened Crl2MoV steel was carried out. Microstructure, microhardness and frictional wear behaviors with A1203 ceramic ball of hardened Crl2MoV steel before and after the boronizing were studied. Results show that the wear resistance of hardened Crl2MoV steel is improved after RE-boronizing at low temperature, which wear-volume is only 36.2% of that of the hardened Crl2MoV steel without boronizing.
