摘要
本文在建立高校就业质量评价的指标体系的基础上,通过优序对比法确定各项就业指标的权重,根据模糊数学原理建立二级评判模型对高校毕业生的就业质量进行评价,最后采用最大隶属度原则对评价结果定性,并以河南省某高校为例,得出其就业质量为优秀的结果,借此提出高校学生就业质量评价的新思路。
Based on the construction of employment quality of University graduates, we determine the weight of employment quality indexes by optimal sequence method, evaluate the employment quality according to the two-level evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics principle, and finally use the maximum membership principle to take a qualitative analysis on evaluation results.. Taking one university in Henan as an example, we conclude that employment quality of that university is excellent, so we can put forward a new way to evaluate the employment quality of University graduates.
