摘要
农村中小学布局调整过程中的学生转学、上学距离变远和班级规模扩大改变了学生的学习生态,对不同学生群体的学习成绩产生了不同程度的影响。被动转学的客校生学习成绩显著不如主校生;上学距离较远的走读学生学习成绩显著不如距离较近的学生;班级规模超标对小学生的英语学习成绩有显著的负面影响,但班级规模超标与小学生学习成绩并非线性关系。解决上述问题需要对被动转学学生进行学习适应性辅导、完善寄宿制或校车制度、适度控制小学班级规模。
The students' transfer, the expanding of class scale and distance to school becoming longer have changed the study ecosystem of students in layout adjustment in rural primary-secondary schools, leading to different negative influences on different students groups. The guest students' score are better dramatically than the native students'. But the score of those students who need to walk longer distance are not as good as those students who needn't to. The exceed class scale has a significant negative influence on pupil students' score, however, there is non-linear relationship between them. In order to solve these issues we should reinforce the transferring students' guidance in study adaptability, improve living condition at school or school bus system and control moderately class scale in primary school.
