摘要
从经济学的角度看,教师的道德领域并非一个"利益虚无特区"。教师道德不仅具有自利性,亦存在成本与收益。趋利是教师道德行为发生的基础,而成本与收益则对教师的行为选择发挥支配作用。教师在道德成本与收益的约束下,作出了自己的行为选择;同时,教师也在各种利益关系的多重博弈中,选择道德行为或失德行为以实现自身利益的最大化。把握教师道德成本与收益,对我国教师道德建设具有重要意义。
From the perspective of economics, teachers' ethics is not a "special zone without interests". The teachers' ethics not only has the self-interest, but also has the cost and benefit. Pursuing profit is the foundation of the ethical behavior of teachers, while the cost and benefit play the dominating role in the behavior selection of teachers. Under the constraint of the ethical cost and benefit, teachers make their own behavioral selections; meanwhile, in the multiple games of the various interests, teachers select the ethical behaviors or misconducts to achieve the maximization of their own interests. Grasping the cost and benefit of teachers' ethics is of great significance to teachers' ethics in China.
