《内外文武品级称呼录》初探

古代职官的非正式称呼是历史档案研究者必须掌握的知识,但迄今尚无很好的工具书可资参考,《内外文武品级称呼录》的发现,部分解决了这一问题。该书形成于清顺治康熙年间,抄录于康熙三十五年,其中一些称呼未见于各种工具文献,本文就此书中与档案事业史有关的宗人府、通政司、六科和中书科等四个机构及其职官称呼做了简要诠释。

The informal appellation of ancient official is the knowledge which the historical records researchers must master. But so far there is no good tool for reference. The discovery of ＂the Officials＇ Rank and Appellation inside and outside the Court＂ partially solves this problem. This book was formed in the period between Shunzhi and Kangxi and copied in the year of Kangxi 35. Some appellations in the book are not found in every literature tools. In this article, four institutions such as Zongrenfu, Tongzhengsi, Liuke, Zhongshuke and their official appellations which are related to the history of archives are briefly explained.
