摘要
利用1990~2011年陕西省相关数据,采用非参数的DEA-Malmquist指数法测算了陕西省耕地全要素生产率的变化情况,并对其构成进行分解,研究结果表明:从整体来看,全省耕地全要素生产率增长较快,但增长幅度逐期递减;从增长结构来看,耕地全要素生产率的增长主要来自于技术进步的增长,而非技术效率的增长;从增长差异角度来看,地区差异较为显著,而且各个地区的增长结构也不完全相同。最后,根据研究结论提出了相关政策建议。
The purpose of this paper is to conduct empirical analysis on cultivated land total factor productivity changes of Shaanxi Province from 1990 to 2011. Method employed is DEA-Malmquist TFP index method. The re- sults show that. (1) Overall, the province's cultivated land total factor productivity grew rapidly, but the growth rate gradually decreasing. (2) Structure from the growth point of view, the cultivated land total factor productivity growth is mainly from the growth of technical progress, rather than technical efficiency growth. (3) From the point of view of growth differences, regional differences are more significant, and the growth in the various regions of the structure is not exactly the same. Finally, according to the conclusions, the paper proposes relevant policy recommendations.
