The Practical Problems Faced by Centers for Teaching and Learning Development

摘要作为新生事物,高校教师教学发展中心的建设与发展面临诸多实践课题。这些课题至少有四个:如何吸纳教师广泛参与,如何处理服务与管理的关系,如何联动基层教学组织,如何基于教师发展实现高校组织发展。只有妥善解决这些课题,高校教师教学发展中心才能良好运行,并发挥其更大的价值。 As a new thing, the centers for teaching and learning development are faced with a lot of practical problems, at least four problems as follow. How to attract faculty to participate widely; how to deal with the relationship between management and service; how to link the root level organizations of teaching; and how to realize the organization development based on faculty development. Only resolving these problems, the centers could run well, and play a greater value.
