凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵用于鼻出血84例的疗效观察

Clinical observation of the effect of vaseline yarn wrapped expansive sponge on 84 cases with nasal bleeding

目的探讨凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵用于鼻出血的疗效。方法对84例鼻出血患者应用凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵填塞止血。结果 3例填塞凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵后当时少量渗血(3.57%),2例48 h抽出后凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵再发出血(2.38%),1例填塞凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵后失败。83例治愈(94.04%)。结论凡士林纱带包裹膨胀海绵是一种有效的鼻腔填塞材料,值得应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaseline yarn wrapped expansive sponge on the patients with nasal hemorrhage. Methods 84 patients with nasal bleeding were performed nasal packing with yarn wrapped expansive sponge. Results After nasal packing with vaseline yarn wrapped expansive sponge, 3 cases still bled a little （3.57%） , 2 cases bled again when vaseline yarn wrapped expansive sponges were extracted after 48 hours （2.38%） , 1 cases failed to be stopped bleeding. 83 cases were cured （94.04%） . Conclusion Vaseline yarn wrapped expansive sponge is an effective nasal packing materials. It is worth of application and popularization.
