摘要
拆装架是生产装配螺杆钻具重要的生产设备,目前采用的多缸液压驱动固定钳装置存在各缸不同步问题,导致工件轴心定位不准从而影响产品的质量,是行业中亟待解决的问题。在对国内外同类产品调研分析及现场深入调查的基础上,针对固定钳定心装置提出了一种新型两缸驱动6个牙块联动机构,该结构可以使得6个牙块同时转动,从而实现工件准确定心功能。通过理论与仿真分析验证了该新型装置牙块结构可以满足工作所需强度需求。
Screw drill makeup and breakout stand is a significant production facility for producing and assembling screw drill. Currently, the multi cylinder hydraulic drive locking device has a problem that the its cylinders are non-synchronous. It causes the problem of inaccurate positioning of workpiece, which eventually affects product quality. On the basis of investigation arid analysis, a new structure of mechanism applying dual cylinder to drive the six teeth blocks was proposed. The six teeth blocks could be rotated at the same time, so as to solve the problem of inaccurate positioning of workpiece. Through theoretical and simulation analysis, it is con- firmed that the new device of the teeth block structure can meet the strength demands in operation process.
