摘要
目的探讨祛风止痉散治疗中度支气管哮喘的细胞免疫学机制及其相关因素。方法 112例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组62例。治疗组给予祛风止痉散联合西药激素治疗,对照组使用西药激素治疗。治疗12个月后,评价2组治疗效果、肺功能以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的表达情况及之间的关系。结果治疗组显效率、肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占FVC的比例均高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+表达均高于对照组(P均<0.05),而对照组CD8+表达高于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗效果与CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+表达呈正相关(P<0.05),与CD8+表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。FVC与CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+表达呈正相关(P均<0.05);FEV1与CD3+、CD4+表达呈正相关(P均<0.05);呼气峰流速(PEF)与CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+表达呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论祛风止痉散治疗哮喘可能是通过提高外周血中CD3+、CD4+的含量,以及降低CD8+的含量而起到治疗及改善肺功能的作用。
Objective It is to investigate the cell immunological mechanisms in treating bronchial asthma by Qufeng Antispasmodic powder and its correlated factors.Methods 112 cases of patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group with 50 cases and control group with 62 cases.The treatment group was given Qufeng Antispasmodic powder combined with western medicine hormone therapy,while the control group used western medicine hormone therapy.After 12 months'treatment,curative effect was evaluated and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ were detected by flow cytometry,and the relationships between them were analyzed.Results The effective rate,FVC,FEV1,FVC/FEV1 of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.05) ; the expressions of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were higher and that of CD8 + was lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05).The therapeutic effect was positively correlated with CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+,but negative correlated with CD8+ cells (P 〈0.05).FVC and PEF were positively correlated with CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8 (P 〈 0.05) ; FEV1 were positive correlated with CD3+ and CD4+ (P 〈 0.05).PEF was positively related with CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Antispasmodic powder in the treatment of asthma may by increasing the peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+,and decreased the content of CD8+ cells to achieve therapeutic effect and improving lung function.
