白细胞介素12B基因多态性与冠心病的关联研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素12B(IL-12B)基因多态性与冠心病发生发展的相关性。方法选择新乡医学院第三附属医院心内科住院的256例冠心病患者为研究组,健康自愿者256例为对照组。应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及单核苷酸多态性(SNP)技术分析两组IL-12B基因多态性,并测定冠状动脉狭窄度、内脂素、高敏C反应蛋白和心功能变化。结果 IL-12B基因rs15677380和rs14050311等位基因频率组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.19、7.24,P=0.045、0.021),rs15677380G等位基因和rs14050311C等位基因为冠心病的高危因素(OR=1.32、1.49)。结论 IL-12B基因与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有关,并参与冠心病的发展过程。 Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism of interleukin-12B (IL-12B) gene and coronary heart disease. Methods We recruited 256 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our department as the study group and 256 normal subjects as the control group. The polymorphism of IL-12B gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction and single nucleotide polymorphism. Coronary artery stenosis, visfatin, high sensitive C reactive protein and cardiac function were determined. Results The difference in rs15677380 and rs14050311 allele frequencies between the study group and the control group was significant ( X^2=6.19, 7.24, P=0. 045, 0. 021). The G allele of rs15677380 and C allele of rs14050311 were risk factors for coronary heart disease (OR = 1. 32, 1. 49). Oonclusion IL-12B gene is associated with the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis and participates in the development of coronary heart disease.
