介绍800kt/a甲醇装置原始开车过程中磁力泵频繁发生抱轴的事例,结合磁力泵结构及特点、故障现象及过程,分析磁力泵抱轴的原因,提出相应的检修措施。
Describe the frequent failures of the magnetic pump holding shaft during 800 kt/a methanol unit initial start-up.Based on the magnetic pump structure and characteristics , failure phenomenon and process ,analyze accident causes ,and propose the appropriate maintenance measures .
