现今大功率LED灯的应用日趋普及,而单颗LED灯的工作电压大约只有3.3 V左右,且发光强度与其工作电流密切相关。为了使LED灯适用于不同的工作电压,各种控制电路及控制电路芯片应运而生。在市电220 V供电领域,QX9910恒流驱动集成电路芯片因其功耗低、控制精度高、脉宽调节范围大、成本低廉而应用较广,但因其典型应用电路设计不尽合理,发热较为严重,故需要改进。
