摘要
为降低氯碱电解槽阴极析氢过电位 ,依据氢在电极上吸脱附原理 ,研究了Ni_Sn合金镀层作为阴极的析氢性能。实验证明 ,以Ni_Sn合金镀层作为阴极 ,在 12 0 g/lNaOH ,190 g/lNaCl溶液中 ,温度为 90℃ ,电流密度为 15A·dm-2 条件下电解 ,能降低氢超电势 2 70mV 。
Electroplating of Ni_Sn alloys on steel was investigated. It was shown that the deposits of Ni_Sn alloys on steel under electrolysis of 120?g/lNaOH, 190?g/lNaCl at D k=15?A·dm -2 ,tempreture at 90?℃ can reduce H 2 overpotential 270?mV. It illustrates that Ni_Sn deposit is a good electrocatalyst cathode for H 2 evolution.
