文章简要介绍了山西省土地整理潜力和全国土地整理工作现状 ,回顾了山西省土地开发整理工作中取得的成绩与存在的问题 ,提出了规范土地开发整理工作的思路和设想。

This paper briefly introduces the potentiality of Shanxi Province's land arrangement and present situation of whole country's land arrangement work, reviews the achievements got in and problems existing in land development and arrangement in Shanxi Province, puts forward some ideas and suggestions about normalizing the work of land development and arrangement.
