3种方法表面处理后钯银合金与聚合瓷结合性能比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较3种方法表面处理后钯银合金与聚合瓷的结合性能,研究能够有效提高钯银合金与聚合瓷结合性能的方法。方法制作18个钯银合金试件,平均分为3组,喷砂组常规表面喷砂处理,酸蚀组用质量分数4.9%氢氟酸行表面处理,硅涂层组用Rocatec-plus粉行表面处理。测定3组试件与聚合瓷的剪切粘接强度,并用扫描电镜观察3组断裂面形貌。结果喷砂组、酸蚀组、硅涂层组的剪切粘接强度分别为(11.93±1.01)MPa、(18.39±1.70)MPa、(23.75±1.11)MPa,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3种表面处理方法中,硅涂层方法的钯银合金与聚合瓷结合性能最好。 Objective Through comparing bonding properties of Pd-Ag alloy and polymerization porcelain after three kinds of surface treatments, to study how to effectively improve bonding properties of Pd-Ag alloy and polymerization porcelain. Methods Eighteen Pd-Ag alloy specimens were prepared and divided into three even groups. Sandblasting group used conventional surface sandblasting, acid corrosion group treated the surface with 4.9% hydrofluoric acid, silica coating group used Rocatee-plus powder for surface treatment. Then, shear bond strength of three group specimens with polymerization porcelain was measured and fi'acture surface was observed in scanning electron microscope. Results The shear bond strength were ( I 1.93 ~ 1. O1 ) MPa in sandblasting group, ( 18.39 ~ 1.70) MPa in HF acid corrosion group, ( 23.75 :t: 1.11 ) MPa in silicon coating group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Pd- Ag alloy and polymerization porcelain' s bonding properties after silicon coating was the best among three surface treat- ments.
