β转化生长因子/Smads信号通路与创伤愈合的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 创伤愈合是受多种因素调节的复杂过程,包括炎性反应、增殖和重塑[1].随着分子生物学等高新技术的渗透,创伤修复的研究也进入到一个更新、更高的阶段.目前认为,多种生长因子参与调控创伤愈合的过程,其中β转化生长因子(transforming growth factor β,TGF-β)在调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、炎性反应及创伤愈合的过程中发挥着重要作用[2].TGF-β通过特定的信号传导途径,调节相应靶基因的表达,进而调控多样化的生物学效应.Smads家族是一类新发现的TGF-β信号的细胞内介导者,它们可将TGF-β信号经跨膜的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶受体传导至细胞内,再由Smad蛋白传导至细胞核,并激活靶基因的转录.本文主要就TGF-β/Smads信号通路在创伤愈合的作用及其机制综述如下.
