中国人脑MRI立体定向杏仁核标准化体积的研究

摘要 目的在MRI图像上测量正常中国人脑杏仁核(amygdaloid,AM)标准化体积并进行性别、年龄比较。方法对120正常中国人脑MRI图像上成功进行AM分割的67例按照年龄分三组,在T2翻转加权序列MR轴位图像上手动分割AM,并计算AM的标准化体积。采用方差分析比较不同年龄组杏仁核体积,性别及侧别对比研究采用t检验。结果性别组AM标准化体积无显著性差异(P>0.05),年龄组AM标准化体积存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论随年龄的增大AM体积逐渐减小,同性别右侧AM标准化体积大于左侧AM标准化体积。 Objective Measurement on MRI image normal Chinese human brain,the amyg- dala (Amygdaloid, AM) standardization volume for gender, age and compared. Methods 120 nor- mal Chinese human brain MRI images successfully in 67 cases for segmenting AM points three groups according to age, turn on T2 weighted sequence an image on the manual segmentation AM MR axis, and the standardization of AM volume calculation. Comparative study by t test. Results Gender AM standardization volume there was no significant difference (P〉0. 05) ,and AM stand- ardization volume there are significant differences between age groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion A- long with the increase of age AM volume decreases. Also found that men and women right AM standardization volume is greater than the left AM standardization volume.
