摘要
阐述了愉悦体验及其在B2C网站中的价值。分析了B2C网站的愉悦性因素。从用户体验及心理认知等角度,结合愉悦性因素及相关案例进行分析。提出了由内容及功能体验、技术体验、交互体验、视觉体验共同形成的B2C网站用户愉悦体验模型。
It described pleasant experience and the value in B2C website, and analyzed pleasure factors. From the aspects of user experience and cognitive psychology, it analyzed pleasant experience in B2C website by combining with pleasure factors and relevant cases.Then it proposed the pleasant experience model of B2C website which is composed of content and functional experience, technical experience, interactive experience and visual experience.
